Recovering after a wildfire
Afterwards, if you get seperated from your parents and are left alone, go straight to the spot your family agreed you should meet in case of seperation. If you happened to break a bone during the fire, call an ambulance emediatly. If you don't have a phone, there will probably be firefighters or a rescue crew near you, tell them. When you get realeased from the evacuation do not enter your house unless a firefighter or liscenced adult has checked it. If you have lost any valuable items, don't panic, that would make things worse. If your house got burned to shreds from the fire, a rescue crew will help you through it, don't worry. For example, the american red cross helps people with food and shelter until you have a place to stay. If you forgot to plan ahead for the fire, create a plan emediatly. Your parents or guardians should call their parents and tell them that they are safe and that the fire has blown over.
